The preparation utility will help to "map" existing data into these new corporate standards. Depending on the size of your existing data up to 3 years of history will be migrated into Facility Fit. Your old data will be archived if needed for reporting audits.

* Step 1 - Determine when your account is on the migration schedule - This schedule is being determined by Executive Leadership.
* Step 2 - Prepare for the new software. Receive training and documentation, conduct training for employees.

* Step 4 - Download and install preparation utility.
* Step 5 - Complete preparation utility. During this process you may need to have discussions with Healthcare IT and Operations to determine how certain data is mapped or to request new corporate data standards.
* Step 6 - Communicate that preparation is done.
* Step 7 - Healthcare IT will migrate data into the QA environment.
* Step 8 - Facility manager will review data in QA environment and sign off that is ready for production.
