Mobile Installation

Overview

Facility Fit has modules which are used with mobile system such as phones or tablets. Each application is slightly different and both compatibility and Installation instructions are shown below.

Mobile Assignments - Allows housekeepers and transporters to view and respond to Bed Cleaning and Transport assignments

Mobile Inspections- Allows an Inspector to complete a questionnaire verifying that work is completed correctly

Mobile Maintenance - Allows a technician to view Asset and Work Order data

Installation

Mobile Assignments
Android

1. Make sure that Unknown sources is checked

Unknown Sources is found under the Security section of your Settings for your phone or tablet

2. Download the file
From your Android device, not on a PC, Navigate to this page and click this <a href="https://aimsqa.aramarkhc.com/MobileInstalls/MobileAssignments.apk">link</a> to download the installation file. If you have a barcode scanner app installed on your device, you may also use it to scan the following image which will download the app to your device File:/qrcode.26046555.png
3. Once the file has downloaded, click on it to install

iOS

1. From your iOS device, click this <a href="itms-services://?action=download-manifest&url=https://aimsqa.aramarkhc.com/MobileInstalls/MobileAssignments.plist">link</a> and it will install the application
2. Optionally, if your device has a barcode scanner app, you may scan the following image to install. Note: This QR code has been tested in multiple programs, but is known to be incompatible with "QRReader" by TapMedia. Please use a different QR Reader program such as "QR Code Reader" by Scan, Inc.<a href= "https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/qr-code-reader-by-scan/id698925807?mt=8">Install</a>File:/qrcode.26046502.png
3. After installation the Application may ask you to Trust the developer. Be sure to click "Trust"

Mobile Inspections
Android

1. Make sure that Unknown sources is checked

3. Once the file has downloaded, click on it to install
