Verify Tasks
Verify Tasks Using the Verify Now Icon
| 1 | To verify a space, select the space and use the icons on the right side of the row. Click the Verify Now icon. 
|
| 2 | The verify space success notice appears. Refresh the window to see the changed date. You may have to click through to the room list again to see the new date.
|
| 3 | The new Last Verify Date will appear in the space window row.
|
Verify Tasks using the Edit Window
| 1 | Select the room and click on the Edit button. The Edit window will open.
|
| 2 | Press the Verify Now button to update the Verification Date. Refresh the window to see the changed date.
|
| 3 | Go back to the room list to verify that the new Last Verify Date appears in the space window row.
|
