Use the call center page to quickly create new requests, or search for an open Work Request, Bed Cleaning or Transport.
Using Call Center to Create New Requests
| 1 | Click Work Request to go to Work Request window. |
| 2 | Click the Call Center icon to open call center window. |
| 3 | New Work Request: To create a new work request, click on the Work Request bar. The work Request window will open with required fields in Red. |
| 4 | Select a Campus, Service Type, Problem, and Request Date. Enter other fields as desired. |
| 5 | Press the Save icon. |

Using Call Center to Search Requests
| 1 | Click Work Request to go to Work Request window. |
| 2 | Click Call Center icon to open call center window.
Searches can be made for any known bit of information that is attached to a request, such as

| 3 | Work Request Search: To search for a specific work request, type a Work Request number into the search field . |
| 4 | If the request if found, the result will be shown in the Search Results area.
Results show the Space Description, Request Time, Cleaning Status and Description. |
| 5 | Bed Cleaning Request Search: To search for a bed cleaning request, enter a room number, or the name of the person. Results show the Space Description, Request Time, Cleaning Status and Last Changed. |
| 6 | Transport Request Search: To search for a Transport Request, enter a Patient Name into the search field. Results show the Patient Name, Time, Status, Status Time and Transporter. |
