Functional Areas
A Functional Area within ISISweb is simply the place that you go to in order to accomplish a set of related tasks. The functional areas group together different processes that are commonly associated with a certain type of work.
For instance, the Work functional area contains all of the processes around creating, editing, and completing work requests. In this area, you are able to turn client requests into work orders, assign them to technicians, and then track all associated progress for the request.

1. Logo - Will always return you to the main menu from any page\\ 2. Help and user - Let's you know who you are logged in as and provides a constant link to this help through the question mark icon\\ 3. Quick Navigation - Allows you to move to any other area of the system with one click\\ 4. Charts and Metrics - Shows relevant information to help you know what areas need attention today\\ 5. Item List - Shows the top actionable items for your functional area (ie. work requests, employees, assets, etc.\\ 6.
