Service Types

Add Service Types to the transport request system. This allows different categories of service to be selected when creating a work request.

1 Click the large Admin icon to open the Administration window. Administration.png

Under the Account section, press the Service Types link. The Service Types window will open.

  1. To edit a Service Type, click the Edit button at the end of the row.
  2. To add a new Service Type, press the + Add Service Types button.

2 Edit a Current Service Types

Click the Edit button at the end of the Service Type's row. The service type's Code and Description fields will become editable, along with the Is Active and Is Client Visible check boxes. Make changes as necessary and press the Save icon to complete the change.

3 Add a Service Types

Press the + Add Service Types button and fill in the new fields with the new service type Code and Description, along with choosing whether to select the Is Active and Is Client Visible check boxes. Press the Save button when done to complete the addition.
